What is the best Wireless Home Security Monitoring System w/ siren… one that would monitor all windows & doors including Garage. I’ve seen ads for ADT, Brinks, GE. Looking for the best system, and ease of installation. (Not sure an installer is necessary or if do it yourselves are just as good.)

My neighbors house was robbed and now we want to get a home security system from a company like ADT, GE Protect America, Brinks, or Guardian. Has anyone used any of these companies and have an opinion about them. Obviously we’d like to get the best system for the best price. Who has that? So far I am leaning towards GE Protect America. Hi, I just recently purchased my first new home. I want to know what would be the best home security for my house. I can’t decide if I should go for Brinks, ADT, or GE. Feel free to add your experience and point me to the right direction.

Well im looking to secure my home with an alarm system. I basically want a company that offers a free system that I get to keep if I ever cancel the contract, and thats under $40/month. So far I know of the following companies in Connecticut:

-ADT
-Brinks
-protection one
-Safe Home Security (SHS)

If there are any other companies that you would recommend post em, and please suggest a company that meets my specs.
